Semco Plastic Company is committed to the production of high quality plastic products that meet or exceed our customer’s specifications. To do this, Semco has adopted ISO 9000 as its approved quality standard. Semco was registered to the ISO 9002 standard in April of 1997. Semco is proud to be the first registered company of its kind in the St. Louis area.

Semco works closely with our customers from product development and design to on-time delivery of quality products. Our services are designed to help Semco and our customers put the highest quality product on the market.

Our Auditors and Quality Control Technicians:

•	Perform incoming raw material inspection
•	Assure only approved materials are used
•	Perform SPC/SQC checks on processes and finished products
•	Continually monitor manufacturing processes
•	Record all process data and raw material
•	Personally date and initial each box
•	Maintain the process within approved parameters
•	Perform final product inspections
•	Monitor all of our ISO 9001:2000 activities

Semco uses a Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (C.I.M.S.) to audit important machine functions such as pressures, cycle times and machine efficiencies. This is monitored 24 hours a day to ensure that the manufacturing processes remain consistent in order to hold acceptable quality levels for the parts that are being produced.
